Total Nigeria declares a final dividend of ₦6.08 per 50 kobo ordinary share

Proposed Dividend A Final Dividend of ₦6.08 per 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be
paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 16th of April, 2021.
Closure of Register The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday the 19th Day of April, 2021 to Friday the 23rd Day of April, 2021
Qualification Date Friday 16th of April, 2021
Payment Date Within 24 hours of the 43rd Annual General meeting holding on the 17th day of June, 2021 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 16th of April, 2021, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website: https://cardinalstoneregistrars.com/wpcontent/uploads/2017/11/EDMMS-Upload-Form.pdf complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks
